The Cape South Coast is famous for viewing Great White Sharks and
this totally exhilarating experience is open to us all! In a top-class
fully equipped boat, discover the world of these breath-taking creatures
at one of the world's top three sighting spots. Our team of highly
skilled Dive Masters, a Level 3 Medic and skippers take you to the

250 km from Cape Town).
Or:

look at these awesome creatures and get more insight into their
behavioural codes from South Africas most modern whaleboat.

the Cape coastline in the Hermanus/Gansbaai vicinity. Although the
peak sighting period is between August to November, the months of

CLOSE
ENCOUNTERS WITH BABOONS
Jeni, head of this endangered primate monitoring and conservation
project, takes us on a spectacular guided walk through the Cape
Fynbos just outside the Cape of Good Hope nature Reserve. This leads
us right amongst a troop of wild baboons where Jenni explains their
behavioural patterns such as grooming, feeding, communication, along
with their astonishing social structures and codes. This unique
experience brings us close-up to these fascinating animals, which
are somehow so similar to human beings, yet have been mistakenly
portrayed. A great opportunity for photographers!

THE FYNBOS AT THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE

Gardens), Ince - nature conservationist with her botany background
and real passion for the Cape Fynbos - unfolds the wonders of our
indigenous plants, their properties, as well as their traditional
and contemporary uses by the indigenous KhoiSan and other South
African communities. The Cape Fynbos (meaning "fine bush")
comprises extraordinary species of the Cape Floral Kingdom, which
have adapted to their environment and play a vital role in the eco-system
of the Cape.
